With more than 40 years of experience in behavioral health, Robert Judem-Cautin is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW-R), clinical leader, educator, and Consulting Clinical Supervisor with extensive expertise in mental health program development, clinical supervision, organizational leadership, and outpatient behavioral health services.

Throughout his career, Robert has helped shape some of New York's largest behavioral health systems, providing leadership across hospital networks, outpatient psychiatry, community mental health centers, integrated behavioral health programs, and academic institutions. His work has focused on strengthening clinical excellence while supporting providers, organizations, and multidisciplinary teams in delivering high-quality, evidence-based mental health care.

Robert currently serves as a Faculty Adviser at the New York University Silver School of Social Work, where he mentors and supports graduate-level social work interns as they develop their clinical skills and professional identity. Over the course of his career, he has supervised hundreds of clinicians, social workers, psychologists, counselors, psychiatrists, and behavioral health professionals while leading complex outpatient behavioral health programs serving diverse communities across New York City.

His leadership experience includes executive and administrative roles at NYU Langone Health, Elmhurst Hospital Center, St. Luke's-Roosevelt Hospital Center, Bronx-Lebanon Hospital Center, and other major behavioral health organizations, where he oversaw multidisciplinary teams, clinical operations, quality improvement initiatives, regulatory compliance, strategic planning, integrated behavioral health services, and large-scale outpatient mental health programs.

Robert brings a thoughtful, collaborative, and systems-oriented approach to supervision and consultation. His leadership style emphasizes clinical excellence, ethical practice, reflective decision-making, and supporting clinicians in developing both confidence and sound clinical judgment.
